Degustabox Unboxing - March 2018!

Hello everyone,

Today I am going to be going through this months Degustabox. I posted my first unboxing of this last month (which you can find here) and will continue to do these for the foreseeable future. If you don't already know, Degustabox is a monthly subscription box whereby you receive different food/drink products to try every month. Some of the products are new releases, and some fit into certain themes Degustabox uses. I have been working with Degustabox since August 2017 now so have been receiving their boxes every month since then. If you would like to look at the previous unboxings, I have a list on Feb 18's post. The box costs £12.99 a month, but I do have a code (non-affiliate) which is 'SRMJ9'. This will take your first box down to £7.99 including postage. For further information, feel free to check out the Degustabox websiteFacebook or Instagram.

So, let's get into what's inside the box!

PRODUCT OF THE MONTH - NESTLE SMARTIES & MILKYBAR MIXED MINI EGGS (RRP:£3)
The first product in this months box is from Nestle and is a bag of Smarties & Milkybar mixed mini eggs, which retail at £3. This bag of mini eggs went down a treat, with all of my family enjoying them, especially my younger brother. My personal favourites are the Milkybar ones, but both taste good and can be used for Easter activities or baking (The info sheet within the box contains a recipe for Easter chocolate brownies using these eggs which looks pretty good!). Overall I can see this being popular for most people/families receiving the box, and is a nice way of incorporating the Easter theme into the box.

CIRIO PASTA SAUCE - TOMATO & PARMESAN (RRP:£2)
The next item in the box is from the brand Cirio, which is launching in the UK from Italy. They have brought out two new pasta sauce recipies, Tomato & Parmesan, and Tomato and Legumes. Described as being 'made with 100% top Italian ingredient for a genuine and tasty dish'. I am yet to try this, but it does sound very nice. You will receive one of the two flavours in your Degustabox.

MR LEE'S NOODLES - HONG KONG STREET BEEF (RRP:£2.99)
The next product is from Mr Lee's, which is described as 'an award-winning range of six premium noodles in a cup, certified gluten free and low in sugar, saturated fats and calories. They use freeze-dried ingredients to ensure that the product locks in the nutrients and the flavour. There are also Vegan options available.' The flavours featured in Degustabox are Hong Kong Street Beef or Dragon Fire vegetables. You will receive one of either flavours. I am yet to try mine which is the Hong Kong Street Beef flavour.

HAFERVOLL FLAPJACK - LIMITED EDITION LEBKUCHEN (RRP:£1.99)
The next item in the box is from Hafervoll, and is their limited edition Lebkuchen flavour flapjack. Described as '100% natural oat bars made without added sugar, cheap stuffing, or other chemical additives. They are also gently handmade and oven baked.' I received the Lebkuchen flavour, which is a gingerbread style flavour, using cinnamon, ginger, cloves, walnuts and almonds.

The next product in the box is from Shreddies and is their Max Granola, which is described as 'a delicious combination of crunchy oat clusters with Shreddies pieces. Made with 74% whole grain, high in fibre and a good source of protein.' I am really enjoying this granola at the minute, and it tastes nice and is filling.

ENCONA CAROLINA REAPER CHILLI SAUCE (RRP:£1.49)
Next in the box is the Encona Carolina Reaper Chilli sauce, which is limited edition and made from the world's hottest chilli pepper, tomatoes and spices. They suggest adding to soups or one-pot dishes. I am yet to try this!

RIBENA PINEAPPLE & PASSION FRUIT SQUASH (RRP:£2.49)
Next in the box is a new release from Ribena, which is their Pineapple & Passion Fruit flavour squash. I love the pineapple and passion fruit drink from Ribena and I am so happy that they have brought it out in a new squash format. It contains no added sugar and less than 15 calories per 250ml serving. Available to buy from March 2018. I have tried this and absolutely loved it! It's definitely something I would go on to repurchase.

CHEESTRINGS SNACK MIX (RRP:£1)
Next in the box is a full value voucher for one of three different varieties of the new Cheestrings Snack mixes. Each containing crunchy crackers, real cheese cubes and a sweet treat. It is perfect for lunchboxes or after school/work snack. I am yet to use my voucher so can't give my opinion on this yet.

APPY KIDS CO. ROALD DAHL FRUIT DRINKS (RRP:£1.29)
The next product in the box is a trio of fruit drinks from Appy Kids Co. These feature Roald Dahl illustrations on the front and come in three different designs/flavours including Matilda/Mixed Berries, The BFG/Apple and Charlie & The Chocolate Factory/Orange. I received the Matilda ones in my box which my little brother really enjoyed. These are vegan approved and low in calories and containno GMO's, gluten or added sugars/preservatives.
