So today I am going to be talking about one of my all time favourite (and by favourite, I mean I buy their popcorn at least once a week) food brands, which is of course Propercorn. I have been eating Propercorn for about a year now, it honestly is one of my favourite go-to brands, and the only brand I use when it comes to popcorn. A while ago I was sent a huge box of their popcorn, and so I decided to do this review! I hope you all enjoy.
So Propercorn is available in six different flavours. and is all made in Britain. They are expanding their lines at the minute, and bringing out new products. You can check those out on the website by clicking here. I have only tried the regular line of popcorn, which they sell in single bags, for one person or they do now do sharing bags. The popcorn is averagely priced, and is available in most shops, or you can purchase from their online shop.
So my favourite flavour (and the least exciting) is the Lightly Sea Salted flavour. I know it's not very exciting, but sometimes simple flavours really are the best. To be honest, there's not a lot I can say about the flavour, but it really is the best.
My second favourite is the Sweet Coconut & Vanilla flavour. After only eating the Lightly Salted version for about 8 months, the concept of a sweet flavoured popcorn wasn't appealing to me, but when I tried it, I instantly fell in love. This is great when you want something sweet but not something really high in sugar, or too sweet. There is also a really nice balance between coconut and vanilla and neither is too overpowering.
My third favourite is the Smooth Peanut & Almond flavour, now obviously if you don't like the taste of peanuts, you're not going to like this, but I really like it, there is a really nice balance of sweet and saltiness, and it's a really interesting flavour, as it's not sweet but it's also not savoury.
My fourth favourite is the Sweet & Salty flavour, which again is simple, but good. It's a good mix of sweet and saltiness, and is great when you're feeling neutral about what flavour you want.
The last two flavours aren't my personal favourites, but obviously flavours don't always appeal to everyone.
The Sour Cream & Black Pepper flavour is actually my mums favourite. It's a nice savoury flavour to go for, and I would say is a common favourite.
And finally, the Fiery Worcester Sauce & Sun-Dried Tomato flavour, which is probably the most intense out of all the flavours. It's not too spicy, but does have a little kick, which is complimented with the tomato flavour.
Overall, I am a huge fan of Propercorn, and I love their products. I have never had any problems with what I've bought, and have always enjoyed every single pack.
I hope you enjoyed reading!
