Today's blog post is going to be all about the bodycare brand, Treacle Moon. I recently tried a few products from the brand, and thought I would share my thoughts!
Treacle Moon creates a variety of shower/bath gels, body butters, body scrubs and hand/body lotions, all at an affordable price. There are 14 different scents available including;- Honey, Almond, Raspberry, Apple, Cocoa, Blackberry, Vanilla, Lemonade, Cinnamon, Gentle Powder Love, Coconut, Marshmallow, Ginger, Vanilla and Strawberry.
All of the Treacle Moon products are available to buy from Tesco and Waitrose, and all of the products are cruelty free and vegan friendly.
The first products I tried were in the Honey scent. I tried both the bath/body gel, and the body butter.
My opinions on the scent of both of these products, is that it's a very nice sweet yet not too sweet smell. I really enjoyed using both of the products, the bath and shower gel is very creamy and nourishing, and the body butter is very thick, and super hydrating. When the body butter sinks into the skin it makes your skin smell amazing and feel really hydrated and nourished.
The other scent I tried is the Coconut scent. This is a lovely scent for summer, as it's very tropical and lovely. I tried the body butter in the coconut scent, which is really nourishing and hydrating, and has a great consistency.
The other scents I tried were in the bath/body gels. I tried two more scents, Ginger and Gentle Powder Love.
Gentle Powder Love is a very light and calming scent, and is soft and powdery like a baby. I think this is a very nice scent if you don't like anything too overpowering, as it has a delicate subtle fragrance.
Ginger is a very fresh and invigorating scent. I love to use this in the morning, as it's very awakening and helps to brighten the senses.
All of the products are under £5, and so are very affordable. All of the products I really enjoyed using and I think these products would make a great gift, especially when on a budget. I would definitely recommend the Treacle Moon products, and I will definitely use them again in the future.
